Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel or change an order within 24 hours of checkout.
• Requests received after 24 hours may be ineligible, as your order could already be processing.
• Approved cancellations are refunded within 7 business days to your original payment method.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

• Use the product for 14 days minimum; if it’s not right for you, request a return any time up to 60 days after delivery.
• Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
• To start a return, email solaraGuard@gmail.com with your order number or the name and email used at checkout. We’ll reply with step-by-step instructions and a prepaid label (where applicable).
• Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive the item in original condition.

Damaged Items

• A product is considered damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken. Exterior box dents with a fully functional product do not qualify.
• Report damage within 72 hours of delivery by emailing solaraGuard@gmail.com and attaching clear photos.
• If approved, we’ll replace the item at no cost. Damage from normal wear, misuse, or neglect is not covered.

Shipping & Delivery

• We’re not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
• For delivery issues, contact the courier first, then let us know so we can help wherever possible.
• solaraGuard is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our facility.

Incorrect Shipping Address

• Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate address at checkout.
• If you spot an error, email solaraGuard@gmail.com within 24 hours. After that window, reship or refund options are no longer guaranteed.
