ORDER PROCESSING
• Please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare and hand off your order to the carrier (up to 7 business days during peak seasons and holidays).
• An order is marked “dispatched” once the carrier has scanned it and it is en-route to your address.

International & US: 6–12 business days
Seasonal surges, customs inspections, or carrier backlogs can add extra time. We’ll keep you updated if we spot any delays.
ADDRESS ACCURACY & ORDER CHANGES
• Enter complete, correct shipping details at checkout—errors can delay or cancel an order.
• Need a fix? Email solaraGuard@gmail.com within 24 hours of ordering.
• If our system flags an address issue, we’ll email you within 3 business days to confirm. No reply may result in cancellation and refund.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Severe weather, transportation disruptions, stock hiccups, or payment-verification issues can occasionally slow things down. While solaraGuard can’t guarantee an exact arrival date, we’ll update you promptly and work with the carrier to move your parcel along.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your shipment is lost or stolen, file a claim with the carrier right away.

Email us at solaraGuard@gmail.com with your order and claim numbers.
We’ll coordinate with the courier and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement. Please note that once a package is handed to the carrier, it is outside our control and falls outside our refund policy, but we’ll do everything we can to assist.
